Basement Troll Studios is a build-on-demand custom
shop, all of our price quotes are made on a client
by client bases.
The best way to handle your project idea is to
figure out just what it is you need. Once you
have a good idea of that send us an e-mail to

with the following in your e-mail:
An as detailed as possible description of your
proposed project
Your full name
Your e-mail address
Your phone number
Your mailing address
We will contact you with a quote as soon as we
can.
Generally, a project will take two weeks from
the point of ordering to completion. This time
frame can either be shorter or longer depending
upon the size of the project and how busy the
studio is at the time.
We will keep you posted as the project goes along.
We're located in Ontario, Canada so if you're
in the U.S. your dollar goes a bit further here.
We use PayPal
as our payment service. This allows the customer
the option to use their PayPal
account or their credit card for transactions.
Any transaction fees from PayPal
are paid by us and not carried over to your final
payment.
Due to the custom nature of our work, returns
are not possible. Because of this we offer a free
photo service. As the project goes along you can
make corrections and changes to the work as it
proceeds, thereby assuring you that you get what
you pay for.
All shipping costs are extra. Orders are shipped
via Expedited Ground Service. Air Mail is available
as well if the customer chooses.
